General Meeting, Monday, Feb. 6, 2012 5:30pm

Stokely Carmichael
If you believe, as I do, that drug users and drug use are criminalized and stigmatized without cause and are ready do something about it, you owe it to yourself to attend our next General Meeting, Monday, February 6, 2012 at 5:30pm at our community living room meeting space (149 Turk Street - near Jones). Especially if you have suffered a loss of housing or been denied equal access to housing in San Francisco due to current drug use.
At our meeting on Monday, the San Francisco Human Rights Commission (a SF City agency tasks with coordinating our city and county's efforts to end discrimination in all areas of city life) is coming to announce a project that will focus the attention of our local government ending discrimination against drug users.

You must attend this meeting and help start what could be a ground-breaking moment in the drug users civil rights movement. There will be many ways for your involvement so I hope you come ready to help organize our community for positive changes that are truly within reach.
